By using pondercompass.click or by asking for a seat, you accept these terms and the refund terms linked from the footer. If you book on behalf of a workplace group, you confirm that you may commit that group to the quoted fee.
The sittings
Ponder Compass provides in-person study of Solana developer concepts for beginners: the Beginner Concept Desk, the Single Desk Hour, and the Thursday Study Circle. A sitting explains accounts, signatures, transactions, programs, rent, and related beginner topics named in the confirmation. You keep responsibility for any program you later write, any key you generate, and any value you move on a cluster.
Dates, capacity, and fees are described on the sessions and rates pages. A series with fewer than five confirmed deposits a week before the start date moves to the following month.
Intellectual property
Concept cards, printed packs, room notes, and the text of this website belong to Ponder Compass. A learner may keep the personal copy issued for a sitting and may annotate it. Reprinting the pack for another class, posting the full pack online, or removing the room's name in order to present the notes as a new course requires written permission. Your own notebook remains yours.
Conduct in the room
The read-aloud is quiet. Questions wait for the time set aside. Phones stay packed away. We may end a person's attendance for the evening if they stop the group from reading, and we may decline future seats. Any fee consequence follows the refund page, including unused sittings.
Website use
The pages are for reading about the library and for sending a seat request. You agree to send accurate contact details. You may not probe, overload, or attempt to extract data from the site, and you may not copy the site design for a misleading page.
Liability
Notes and sittings are for study. They are one reader's account of public developer concepts and can lag behind changes in Solana's interfaces. To the extent Korean law allows, Ponder Compass is liable for a sitting only up to the fee you paid for that sitting, and is not liable for lost value, failed deployments, or decisions you make after you leave the room. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Korean law refuses to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts of Busan, unless a mandatory consumer rule gives you a different forum.
