Before you come
Send the stuck point at least two days ahead so the reader can pull the right card from the shelf. If you bring a printout, keep it to a few pages.
Limits
One concept per hour. A second topic needs a second booking.
The side desk seats two people. A colleague may sit in and listen if you say so when you book.
